Can an MLM System Help You Minimize Your Business Attrition Rate and Increase Productivity?

MLM SystemIs an MLM system the solution?

If you are running a network marketing business, one thing that you should take note of is your company’s and system’s retention rate. This refers to how long your new sponsored people stay in your company before they decide to either quit or try to find a different company and a different sponsor…

Although Multilevel Marketing companies are in a way unique compared to typical businesses or companies, people in the industry are often seen jumping from a Multilevel Marketing company to another.

There are many reasons why you distributors would jump from your company to another MLM company.

Aside from a possible strained business relationship, one of the biggest reasons is the inability to produce the desired income. The fact is that the income is totally dependent on how much effort and time is invested in building up the business. It can sometimes be frustrating as it takes time to learn the ropes, especially for people who are new to the industry. You want to make this as short as possible using an MLM system for example.

You Have 2 Months To Make Your MLM System Work

Statistics have it that if you just started your business, or any Multilevel Marketing company for that matter, you have no more than 2 months to help your business partners to start making money, be it an MLM system that you use for multiple streams of income or your primary business income.

Attraction Marketing System

If after 60 days your new team members don’t get a decent income, there is 95% chance that they will start to lose hope or quit entirely.

Although you should try to target people who are already involved in the Network Marketing industry (your best target market!), it is important to note that not all people have entrepreneurial backgrounds. In such case, the idea of not receiving fixed and regular income can be daunting and reason enough to quit trying.

To effectively build a strong team of productive members, you need to help counter the “paycheck mentality” by helping challenged members in their slow but steady transition to the network marketing industry.

Using an MLM system and a marketing plan that is proven to be rewarding and achievable, together with proper guidance and help, is an effective way to help new team members earn at least a couple hundred dollars in their first 60 days and have them stick around.

In the Multilevel Marketing business, the first “paycheck” is very important because it “proves” that your company or MLM system “works” and that it is a worthy investment. Otherwise, new members will be left wandering and lost on how to proceed.

Start With an MLM system

What you can do for your system is to create videos or articles to help your new members get started properly in your primary company. You can make it easy for them to share the exact same video and articles with their new members. You must make sure it is simple and quick for them to use.

More importantly, and this is the best choice, you can use an MLM system that will allow them to understand some of the most important notions about marketing online. They must understand attraction marketing and how to use a solid marketing system to make money fast, even from people who decide to not join their business.

If you can show them how to use it successfully and how they can share it easily and successfully with their new members, they will be assured to make money within their first 90 days and you will be assured to have them stick around for the long run!

Attraction Marketing

I’m So Glad I Learned About Attraction Marketing

So what is Attraction Marketing all about? Well, the biggest problem in the Network Marketing industry nowadays is actually quite simple: 97% of network marketers fail in because they can’t sponsor anybody in their business! Period.

As you may already know, there is a very powerful trend in the industry right now, almost a nemesis battle between the “old school” (traditional marketing or selling) and the “new school” (attraction marketing) of building a MLM Business.

Here is what I mean by “old school“:

  • Making a list of people you have met at least once
  • Bothering your friends and family every time you see them
  • Making cold calls to strangers who don’t care about what you have to say
  • Driving around in circle to opportunity meetings
  • Giving away expensive fliers to people in the street who will throw them away at the first occasion…

All these methods are considered “traditional” and “typical” by most of the uplines. That is what they have been taught 20 years ago so that is what they teach. If you have tried many of these like I have, you know that you have to spend a lot of money and put a lot of effort into it for very little results. I now consider them a waste of time and money.

The 2 Mind-Changing Questions I Had To Answer Before Using A MLM System To Build My Business

Money On The TableAre you leaving 95% of the money on the table?

If you are building your MLM business the way that the industry is used to, you know that the rejection rate is pretty high. I know that. I used to go to fairs, events, malls trying to find people to have a look at my business. I spend hours and hours going one person after another, one rejection after another. But what was going on in my mind? What is going on in your mind when some tell you ‘no‘. At first I was disappointed but after a while I understood that it was “normal“. So my attitude was, after each person telling me ‘no’, to tell myself “it is normal, NEXT!” I was spending so much time and not seeing any results. There must be another way to do that. But I was told by my upline that it is how it is done. I consider myself a smart guy so why would I continue doing something that is eating up all my time without bringing any results?

So at that point, I decided to stop this madness and think for a little while, try to figure out how I could do this business in a smarter way. We heard it “work smarter, not harder“. So I asked myself 2 questions.
