Si vous développez votre affaire de marketing de réseau efficacement, vous devez utiliser le Marketing d’Attraction qui vous permet d’avoir des personnes (lire prospects) qui vont venir à vous au lieu de vous les pourchassant pour essayer de leur présenter votre opportunité MLM. Si vous n’utilisez pas encore ces méthodes, regardez-y de plus près, mais ce n’est pas le point de cet article aujourd’hui.

Si vous utilisez le marketing d’attraction, vous devez disposer d’un système de génération de prospects et une page de capture d’information en place pour pouvoir échanger le nom, l’adresse email et aussi le numéro de téléphone de de vos prospects contre quelque chose d’utile comme un mini-cours ou un ebook.

La plupart de ces systèmes ont aussi généralement un programme d’affiliation associé. C’est ce qu’on appelle un “système en entonnoir” (“marketing funnel” en anglais) qui signifie que pour chaque personne que vous parrainez dans ce système de génération de prospects, vous obtiendrez une commission, même s’ils ne rejoignent pas votre opportunité principale. En clair, vous allez faire de l’argent même si vous ne recrutez pas ces personnes dans votre équipe !

Toutefois, si vous avez, comme moi, étudié ou même testé ces systèmes, vous devez avoir constaté que bon nombre de ces systèmes vous permettent de capturer les informations de vos prospects mais en arrière plan, il est très difficile de prmouvoir votre opportunité principale ! Vous restez alors bloqué à promouvoir le système lui-même et pas votre business…

Il existe très peu d’explications sur la façon de relier effectivement ce système à votre activité marketing de réseau principale pour faire grandir votre équipe et fidéliser vos collaborateurs, ce qui est ce que nous essayons de faire !

Ces systèmes sont-ils juste là pour promouvoir le système lui-même et vous aide à faire des commissions d’affiliation ou est-il vraiment un moyen de faire croître votre business de marketing de réseau ?

J’ai eu l’occasion de discuter avec de nombreux marketers et je dois dire que beaucoup d’entre eux sont bloqués à seulement promouvoir le système. Ne vous méprenez cependant pas, avoir des revenus multiples (mlm, affiliation, formations, etc.) est essentiel, mais à mon avis, le principal objectif doit être de faire grandir votre business! Qu’en pensez-vous ?

Système de recrutement en entonnoir ou marketing de réseau traditionnel ?

Je pense que le débat ne devrait pas se centrer sur le fait d’avoir un système en entonnoir ou non. Pour faire grandir votre business MLM de manière exponentielle, vous devez générer un très grand nombre de prospects et les intégrer à votre équipe en tant qu’associés. Vous devez les former, les aider à réussir car leur succès deviendra votre succès. Cependant, vous devez faire ça de la manière la plus automatique possible ! Un système de marketing en entonnoir est extrêmement performant pour créer un très grand nombre de prospects et il est extrêmement duplicable ce qui permet à toute votre équipe de l’utiliser.

La dupluication et l’automation sont deux notions clés pour le succès de votre business.

Toutefois, afin d’avoir des prospects qui désireront vous rejoindre dans votre activité principale de marketing de réseau, et d’être sûr qu’ils resteront dans votre équipe sur le long terme, vous devez personnellement progresser et vous améliorer tous les jours !

Vous avez besoin d’un système pour expliquer tous les aspects du marketing, du [intlink id="38" type="post"]développement personnel[/intlink] et former vos associés. C’est le seul moyen de vraiment réussir !

J’ai essayé différents systèmes de système en entonnoir (tous en anglais, il n’en existe aucun correct que je connaisse en Français) et ils sont très bons pour vous enseigner ce qu’est le marketing d’attraction et comment l’utiliser pour développer votre business. Cependant, peu de systèmes expliquent comment relier le système à votre activité principale. Heureusement j’ai réussi à en trouver un qui me plaît énormément.

Bien que vous devez disposer d’un système automatisé pour développer votre business, vous n’avez pas envie de vous retrouver à promouvoir uniquement le système lui-même. Et vous ne voulez pas travailler 15 heures par jour sur ce point. Qu’en est-il la liberté que vous recherchez.

Ce que vous voulez, c’est un système qui vous aidera à générer des prospects pour vous. Ensuite 2 choses peuvent se passer :

- Le prospect a déjà un business et il souhaite le continuer, mais il a besoin de conseils sur comment trouver plus de prospects. Pas de soucis. Parce que cette personne est dans votre système, vous devez continuer à les aider, parce que vous êtes dans le même bateau. Vous recevrez une commission lorsque la personne utilisera le système ou vous pouvez facturer des frais de formation si la personne veut une formation plus personnelle.

- Le prospect a déjà un business mais n’a pas de succès ou le prospect n’a pas encore de business et dans les deux cas il veux rejoindre votre équipe (votre système doit être configuré de sorte qu’il attire à la fois les deux type de prospects). Vous utilisez biensur le système pour développer votre activité, mais dans ce cas vous formerez personnellement cet associé pour l’aider à mettre en place son propre système automatisé et générer des prospects de la même manière que vous le faites. Vous obtiendrez alors une commission par le système, mais pas seulement. Vous allez aussi aider votre nouvel associé à créer son business hors ligne : Quel sont les avantages fiscaux ? Comment trouver des associés localement ? Comment améliorer son [intlink id="38" type="post"]développement personnel[/intlink] ? etc.

Il ya tellement plus qu’une seule source de revenus (ou de génération de prospects) et un business a de nombreux aspects différents à connaître. C’est ce qui en fait un business excitant !

Je sais que les spécialistes du marketing savent le mieux parler aux gens, ils savent toujours quoi dire, comment les aider dans leur développement personnel. Ceci fait aussi partie du marketing d’attraction ! Parce que vous voulez parrainer de nouveaux associés en permanence mais vous voulez aussi les conserver afin de les aider à atteindre le succès et créer un vrai revenu résiduel.

Je suis sûr à 100% que nous (en tant que spécialistes du marketing de réseau) devons savoir comment vendre nos produits, développer une présence forte sur internet et construire notre charisme et notre personnalité.

Après tout, vous êtes la marque de votre business, vous êtes ce qui fait que quelqu’un veut rejoindre votre équipe !

Vous devez devenir meilleur chaque jour et aider votre équipe sans arrêt ou les gens vont vous oublier et votre équipe va rétrécir jour après jour.

As far as I am concerned, I am going to start this new year with a resolution that I will keep! I have decided to do a 100-Day challenge with other Network Marketers leaders using the same MLM Lead Generation System that I use. The challenge is a mean to produce the following results.

• Generate traffic on my MLM Success Blog (this blog)
• Guide this traffic to resources that I personally use to build my MLM business
• Improve the rankings of my blog in the search engines

What are the steps of this challenge:

• Generate one piece of content per day for the next 100-days (regularity is the key!)
• The content can be an article, a video, or anything that brings value to the industry
• Syndicate and bookmark the new content

Prospecting as people are used to is coming to an end.

Everyday, people are solicited dozens of times, told that they better hurry up to join “the best MLM business in the world”, that they are going to find MLM success! What do you think happens? There are so many MLM businesses available to people that they have build a huge wall around their lives and nobody can come in unless they are invited. You can hit it as hard as you want, the wall will not break, it will not even move.

Want To Get In?

To get in, you must have people invite you in their lives. The way you want to do that is by providing as much value as possible to them so they will see you as a person of respect and they will ask you for more.

This is called attraction marketing

It is not only used in the MLM industry. Think about all the celebrities and all the requests they have to endorse products and brands. Why do you think some of the big shows are called “Dr. Oz Show“, “Dr. Phil” or “The Oprah Show“? Do you think that Dr. Phil or Dr. Oz have a better degree than any other MD out there? I don’t think so. They just made themselves much more valuable by helping people solve some of their problems by giving value, advice to them. These people have made themselves so valuable that they have a huge number of people who trust them and who are ready to buy whatever they recommend!

That is what you want to do with your business. You want your business to be YOU and not your company or your products. You want to provide a lot of value, MLM training or tips to people (free if possible) so they will see you as a valuable person, someone they can trust and someone that they will be happy to buy from because they know that if you always give great value, what you recommend must be good too.

So what are the four bases you must run? Let’s have a look.

1. Generate Leads

This first base is really the lifeblood of your MLM business. You can be building your business offline or online, this applies. Without anybody to talk about your business to, nothing is going to happen.

This was the core problem in my own business as I did not have a large sphere of influence. This is the core problem of probably about 90% of all network marketers out there. Once they are done talking to their friends and family they don’t know what to do. I didn’t know what to do. So I turned to the Internet and I discovered that there are many ways to market my business and generate leads online using a personally branded MLM system. 2. Create a List

One you have a constant flow of people going through your MLM system, you have overcome 90% of the problems. Now, you can create a list with all these people going through your system. This is the second base of building a solid MLM business. You can create a list of people who are already interested in what you have to say and will not come back to you with objections. To create and manage your list you want to use an autoresponder. I personally use Aweber as it is the best and it is fully integrated into my MLM system. It allows me to create and stay in contact with my list so I can run to base three.

3. Create a Relationship and Monetize Your List

Once you have people information saved in your autoresponder list, you can send useful content to them such as free MLM training, videos, webinars, articles. You must provide value to your list and help them solve their problems. You can also recommend some tools that you personally know and you can earn affiliate commissions on those when people buy them (be sure to recommend only good, useful products and not everything under the sun). I have about 17 different affiliate products that I can promote, integrated in my MLM system. One of my favorite (and the favorite of many top earners) is Mike Dillard Magnetic Sponsoring course. It is such a total business/mind changing course that I require people to buy a copy before I can work with them. If you don’t have it yet, you should get a copy (it’s cheap). This is how you can market some products to your list and create some cash flow to pay for your marketing efforts. Very powerful.

4. Convert Prospects To MLM Downline

You ultimate goal is not to have people in your list or sell courses to them, it is to provide value. You must provide so much value that some people will want to work directly with you. It is not going to be 100% of them but it is not that important anymore because on base 3 we saw that we will monetize our complete list. So even if someone does not want to join your business, you will still be able to earn some commission from this person.

This completely changes the focus from recruiting (with all the objections it creates) to providing value to people and helping others reach success in their MLM business (either if they are in your team or not).

Home Run!

When you can run through through all four bases, then you will hit a home run. You will create so many leads that you will not have time to call them all (I met some people generating more than 100 leads a day!), you will see your contact list grow every day, you will be able to earn commissions immediately while building your MLM business downline.
