Struggling in building your MLM Business?

In my years of experience building a MLM business, I learned one approach that many people might view as unconventional.

I’ve learned to give more for less, even if that means I have to give away more information, share my resources and help more people along the way.

In the past, I thought this approach was counter intuitive and that it would hurt my bottom line, just wasting my time as I was not trying to “get“before I would “give“. Surprisingly, it did the exact opposite.

What a fool…

Because of the nature of the MLM business, I was too eager to just “sign up people” who I knew had the potential to strengthen my business and earn me more profit. For me, down lines were just what they were; people who are in your team or network and are supposed to build their MLM business themselves and make you rich. How wrong of a perception that was!

I was too caught up with the idea that my down lines will make ME rich, make ME successful, earn me MY first million dollar, dream house and dream car. I was chasing my dream away, not knowing any better. One day I figured that something was amiss. Regardless of how hard I worked trying to enroll more people in my network and urging them to do the same, my business was not earning as much as it should. All my expectations were failing and my network was crumbling right under my nose.

It was then that I realized that it was not my network that was wrong. I had the right people. I was just not taking care of them and their MLM Business like I should have.

I hate to admit it but what I’ve been doing is pursuing my prospective down line aggressively, convincing them that it’s going to be their loss if they don’t grab the opportunity. I was doing the so called power play. If you are in a relationship where you are put in a spot where the other person’s success is at your expense, it usually makes you want to disappear. This is especially true when they make it sound as if it’s all about you when in fact, it’s just to benefit them.

Flipping the perception of your MLM Business

If you consider another type of relationship where you actually care for the person, you will find that you end up giving more even if that means you get little or nothing in return.

When you feel attached to the people in your team and genuinely want to help them in their efforts, you are compelled to give more of your time, efforts and energy as well as your support and encouragements.

Based on the fundamental rules of the law of attraction, the more you give, the more you will receive in return. But do not expect to get anything in return. You will get 10x back if you know in your heart that you are really trying to help without waiting for something back. That is something everybody should practice not only in their personal lives but also in business.

Try it too. You’ll be surprised!

As the adage says, “people don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.”

In terms of my MLM business, I am now practicing giving more. I share my knowledge and expertise to people who need it so that they too, can succeed in this ever growing industry. As far as my income is concerned, there is no doubt that my business is growing faster as a result.

You may just be starting out and not sure how to give first. Here are a few things you can do to create the value you can share with people:

• Create “how-to” videos about a tool that you use or a marketing method you are trying out.

• Connect with people on social media sites or, even better, on the phone. Ask how you can help without asking for anything in return, no pitch.
• Share your experience in your MLM business. What you have learned, what you are doing. People love stories. Why not sharing yours?

Voici une petite histoire qui m’est arrivée, et, si vous avez déjà votre affaire MLM, vous allez sûrement vous y reconnaître !

Lorsque j’ai commencé mon séjour dans le monde du marketing de réseau, j’ai fait équipe avec des personnes très impressionantes, extrêmement habiles dans leurs discours, connaissant toutes les techniques pour parler à n’importe qui passant à moins de 3 mètres d’eux. Je n’en croyais pas mes oreilles quand elles me racontaient comment elles avaient recruté 10 personne dans la même journée !

J’étais excité, je me disais qu’elles allaient pouvoir tout m’apprendre et que j’allais devenir riche !

Ces personnes “experimentées” ont toujours utilisé le marketing “classique” qui consiste à parler à leurs amis, à leurs connaissances, à leur famille, à leurs collègues de boulot, etc. J’ai alors tout essayé.

Bien mal m’en a pris ! Je ne comprenais pas, je faisais bien ce qu’ils me disaient mais ça ne marchait pas pour moi ! Au bout de quelques semaines, j’avais épuisé toute ma liste et personne n’avais rejoint mon business !

Après un peu de réflexion, j’ai remarqué qu’ils ont tous commencé leur journée dans le marketing de réseau il y 10 ou 15 ans déjà. Ils ont une histoire, des récits à raconter, des connaissances approfondies pour étayer leurs faits et avec le temps ils ont un réseau gigantesque.

Je n’ai pas un réseau composé de milliers de personnes. Qu’en est-il pour vous ?

Que faire alors ? Etait-ce la seule solution ? Impossible ! Il devait exister des méthodes plus modernes !

Je me suis donc tourné vers l’Internet et j’ai lu tout ce que je pouvais trouver sur comment faire progresser mon business de nos jours. Il y a des centaines d’informations, parfois contradictoires, sur comment le faire. Beaucoup de techniques différentes, mais UNE NOTION revenait tout le temps :

Le Marketing d’Attraction

Le Marketing d’Attraction est assez simple dans son concepte.

Cela consite à attirer à vous des clients, des prospects, des futurs associés, au lieu d’avoir à les pourchasser pour essayer de leur “vendre” vos produits ou votre opportunité.

Les gens sont attirés par leur semblable. Si vous voulez attirer des leaders, devenez un leader. Pour devenir un leader il vous suffit de croire en vous, être sur que vous êtes déjà un leader et vous le devenez immédiatement aux yeux des autres. Vous avez toujours certaines connaissances que d’autres n’ont pas.

Le marketing d’attraction est partout. Je vais vous donner un example très simple ou vous êtes un marketer représentant une entreprise vendant des produits pour réduire les rides et vous voulez vendre un de vos produit :

Une personne recherche des informations sur comment supprimer les rides. Que font tous les autres marketers qui ne connaissent pas le marketing d’attraction ? Ils arrivent tous en même temps devant la personne et disent tous :

“Regardez mon produit, c’est le meilleur de tous et vous allez pouvoir l’essayer de suite et rajeunir de 50 ans instantanément ! Achetez le ! Achetez le !”

Que ce passe-t-il dans la tête de la personne ?

“Pourquoi j’achèterais votre produit, je ne sais pas si c’est bien ! Je ne vous connais pas ! Pourquoi je vous ferais confiance quand vous me dites que c’est le meilleur, alors que l’autre marketer a côté me dit que le sien est le meilleur !”

Vous, vous êtes malin. Vous arrivez, vous vous mettez devant la personne et dites :

“Bonjour, voici 7 astuces GRATUITES sur comment vous allez pouvoir avoir une peau plus claire et limiter vos rides. Vous n’avez rien à payer, donnez moi uniquement votre nom et adresse email et je vous envoie vos astuces de suite !”

Que se passe t-til dans la tete de la personne ?

“Super sympa ce marketer, il me donne des astuces gratuites. Bien sûr que je m’entregistre.”

En faisant ceci, vous vous positionnez comme un expert qui apporte une solution au problème ou une réponse aux questions que la personne a, gratuitement.

Vous allez ensuite continuer de lui envoyer des informations gratuites sur comment avoir un teint plus clair, comment éliminer les cernes, etc. Vous voyez ce que je veux dire. Vous créez une relation de confiance avec la personne.

Puis un jour, vous lui envoyez un message disant :

“Bonjour, vous avez apris plein de moyens pour rajeunir votre peau, et j’espère que vous ça marche pour vous. En parlant de ça, je voulais partager avec vous ce superbe produit que j’utilise moi même tous les jours avant de sortir de chez moi. Je ne sortirais jamais de chez moi sans l’utiliser ! Si vous voulez qu’on vous confonde pour votre fille, essayez le !”

Parce que vous lui avez donné des informations de qualité régulièrement et gratuitement, cette personne va se dire que si vous recommendez ce produit, c’est qu’il doit être bien ! Et elle l’achètera !

Vous avez réalisé une vente et les autres marketers sont déjà oubliés et ils sont toujours en train d’essayer de vendre leur super produit à qui veut l’entendre… Et devinez quoi, puisque vous avez les coordonnées de cette personne, dans 3 mois vous pouvez lui recommender cette crème de nuit, puis ces produits de beauté, etc. Il n’y a pas de fin…

En donnant des informations de qualité gratuitement en premier lieu au lieu d’essayer de convaincre, vous avez fait de cette personne un client content et surtout fidèle !

C’est ce qu’on appelle le Marketing d’Attraction :

Donner avant de recevoir. Attirer au lieu de pourchasser.

I’m So Glad I Learned About Attraction Marketing

So what is Attraction Marketing all about? Well, the biggest problem in the Network Marketing industry nowadays is actually quite simple: 97% of network marketers fail in because they can’t sponsor anybody in their business! Period.

As you may already know, there is a very powerful trend in the industry right now, almost a nemesis battle between the “old school” (traditional marketing or selling) and the “new school” (attraction marketing) of building a MLM Business.

J’explique que présenter uniquement votre opportunité à qui veux l’entendre n’est pas le bon moyen de créer un business solide que vous détenez à 100%. Si votre business MLM était votre propre business, que vous controllez à 100%, pensez vous que vous utiliseriez un site internet donné par votre entreprise MLM ? Un site qui ressemble à des millions d’autres site sur internet ?

Savez-vous que vous n’avez pas le droit d’utiliser le nom de l’entreprise ou des produits dans votre nom de domaine ou encore dans vos campagnes de publicité ?

L’entreprise contrôle ce que vous pouvez faire, ou pas. Un jour, si elle le décide, elle peut décider de terminer votre contrat à tout moment, sans raison ! Si si, lisez les petits caratères de votre contrat !

Mais je souhaite vous faire comprendre, qu’au final, si vous construisez votre business en présentant uniquement votre entreprise, vous n’êtes rien d’autre qu’un représentant vendeur de produits.

Vous ne controllez pas votre business tant que vous n’êtes pas a 100% libre de pouvoir promouvoir ce que vous désirez.

La solution: Vous devez utiliser un système que vous pouvez contrôller de A a Z

Lorsque vous utilisez un système que vous contrôllez, vous n’êtes plus dépendant de l’entreprise que vous représentez. Si quelque chose devait arriver à l’entreprise, ou à vous-même (l’entreprise fait faillite, elle change d’orientation marketing, vous décidez qu’il est temps pour vous de changer d’entreprise, etc.), vous ne perdrez alors pas tout !

Quel est le système ?

Le système est une technique utilisée pour trouver des associés qui décident de rejoindre votre équipe, non pas parce que vous leur avez présenté votre super opportunité, mais parce qu’ils voient une valeur ajoutée dans ce que VOUS allez leur apporter. VOUS devez être le produit de vos efforts et non votre entreprise ou vos produits.

“C’est bien beau mais comment je fais pour me promouvoir ?”

C’est la question la plus fréquente que l’on me pose quand je présente ce concepte a des futurs partenaires. Et c’est une excellente question !

La réponse n’est pas simple mais elle peut être résumée par cette phrase :

“Donne sans compter recevoir en retour et tu recevras au centuple !”

En effet, le but du marketing d’attraction est de donner le maximum de d’informations de qualité sous forme de votre propre blog, d’articles, de videos, d’interviews avec des leaders, etc.

Quand les gens verront ce que vous connaissez, et tout ce que vous pouvez leur apprendre, ils seront automatiquement attirés par vous et ils vous demanderont alors comment ils peuvent rejoindre votre équipe, prêts à signer !

Ceci marche extrêmement bien, car la pluparts des entrepreneurs dans le marketing de réseau actuellement ne font que présenter leur affaire et ne comprennent pas que 99% des autres entrepreneurs ont une opportunité comparable avec des produits comparables. Rien ne les distingue des autres !
