Today is the last day of the holidays for me and it was time to write down what this year will look like for me and my MLM business. This is a very important step for me because I have a pretty full agenda and if I do not write everything down and plan ahead I have a tendency of being side tracked.

So today, my goal was to sit down and think seriously about where I want to bring my MLM business for 2010. I am an extremely self-motivated and self-critical person so I have to set goals high enough for me to keep moving toward them with no down time. Something that I have found very true for me (and I believe it is true for a lot of people) is that if there is some time where I am not quite sure what I have to do and what the next step is, then my productivity will suck and I will have a very hard time getting back on track.

So I sat down for a couple of hours and wrote a bunch of ideas that I have for my business. It was some sort of brainstorming session. I was writing down random ideas without any particular order. This let me have the maximum number of ideas in the minimum amount of time. I do that pretty often in my engineering job and it is very productive. Of course not all the ideas will be good and implemented but some will resonate with me and I will have some winners in the pack.

For this post here I will keep some numbers I came up with in terms of my business goals private but this is something you must do in your business. I learned that goals without numbers and deadlines are like New Year resolutions. They won’t even last one month! So I have numbers. I have deadlines. And you should too.

What I can share with you though is what is going to happen in the next 100 days as I go along my 100-day content marketing challenge with my MLSP mastermind team (you guys rock!).

The Average Network Marketer Build a Business Part Time

I am a part time network marketer (full time serious) and I know that 90% of people who build a MLM business do it part time.

However, we only hear about full-time marketers giving advice that will only fit the schedule of someone who build a business full time. Very little internet marketers want to admit that they are building their business part time. I do not pretend.

I have a full time engineering job and I build my business part time. So I have to find techniques, methods that will allow me to fit my busy schedule. And because I have a limited amount of time available, I have to make everything working hard FOR me instead of having me working hard AT it.

The problem associated with this is that there are a lot of courses out there (expensive courses! I know, I bought many of them) that tell you what you have to do in a very high-level vintage point but never go in details and you are pretty much by yourself to put the pieces together. Most of the time it is also so much information that people can eel overwhelmed.

My Plan Is Built For You

I bought many courses thinking that I was missing something and that the next course was going to help me put the pieces together. It didn’t. So I had to figure it out myself. The courses helped me a lot but because I am a fairly technical person, I was able to understand how everything was tied together.

So here is what I have for the next 100 days for my fellow part-time (and full time too) network marketers:

I will show step by step how to put all the pieces together and how to go from having no Internet presence to a complete Internet Marketing Empire to brand yourself, build your MLM business using the Internet, and do so on autopilot.
