A lot of compensation plans do not really deliver. What about The Trump Network Compensation Plan?
There are probably thousands of Multilevel Marketing companies in the United States alone. Some of these companies have been around for decades and I’m talking about Avon, Amway and Mary Kay. Today, the network marketing business is a thriving industry with multi-billion dollar of sales per year. Despite the state of the economy, the figures are predicted to be stable and it may even grow in the coming years. That is why it comes as no surprise that the business mogul Donald Trump established his very own Multilevel Marketing Company, The Trump Network.
I wrote a Trump Network review before, but I was missing some information so here is a complement to the previous review, mostly on the compensation plan of the company.
Established in Miami, Florida, in 2009, The Trump Network is a fairly new player in the health and wellness market within the MLM industry. Aside from their innovative approach to health and wellness, the Trump Network also has a promising compensation plan that awaits their members.
The Trump Network markets to young adults, adults and baby boomers combined
When asked about The Trump Network, veteran network marketers would probably say that the company is Ideal Health in a new packaging. They provide optimum health and customized treatments and supplements. Their products are certified by some of the medical evaluation agencies in the United States such as the US National Institute of Health and the Institute of Medicine. In acknowledgment of the need to cope with today’s fast paced lifestyle, the Trump Network created products that are designed to provide optimum health to young adults, middle-aged men and women as well as to aging baby boomers.
The Trump Network has a more competitive compensation plan
People who want to join the Trump Network are guaranteed of a competitive compensation plan. Unlike other Multilevel Marketing Companies selling health and wellness supplements, the Trump Network takes nutrition to the next level. They have a revolutionary system which customizes treatments and supplements according to your unique and individual needs.
Getting Started
You become a member by paying the minimal membership fee of $48 although I was not able to find this option on the main Trump Network website. I could only find what they call “The FastStart Way” which cost $497. You get a Marketer Kit, a FastStart Business Starter Kit (BSK) that contains CD and DVD trainings, three months of the Communication Program (your personalized website) and you also activate the AutoShip 100 CV Plan which contains one (1) box of QuikStik WindUp™, QuikStik Rewind™, Silhouette Solution™ Blueberry Pomegranate Bars, Silhouette Solution™ Vanilla Shake.
Bonuses
I personally do not like high required getting started price points as it is almost often there to create cash for enrollment bonuses which is not what a solid company should do. Here, the fast start creates the FastStart bonuses and the Platinum Infinity Bonus which go from $100 to $225 based on your rank in the company and $70 respectively.
Residual Income?
The residual income and the depth of pay is based on your rank (very typical).
For people below the Platinum level (5000 Group Volume + 3 Silvers Members) the plan only pays up to 4% (4,3,2,1) down 4 levels in depth for a total of a mere 10%, WOW! It is a Unilevel Compensation Plan with compression meaning if someone in your team do not qualify to receive a commission, the commission rolls back up to the first person that qualifies. This is a good feature.
When you qualify for Platinum and above, The Trump Network compensation plan pays up to 7% (7,7,7,7,5,3) down 6 levels which is only 36% on the 6 levels. This is pretty low. Extra commissions are paid up to a combined 23% for Platinum and Platinum Maximizer bonuses, which means that the company seems to reward more the big guys than the one just getting started. Not too fair.
All in all, the Trump Network has great products (see the previous Trump Network review) but has a weak compensation plan, in my opinion.
Should You Start a Trump Network Business?
You have the numbers. If you like what you see, go for it. If you feel it is worth your time, get started and don’t look back.
With that said, establishing a large network marketing business requires a lot of hard work and perseverance. The traditional marketing methods can only do so much in building your name and your business.
To make it big in the industry today, you need to properly position your business so that your business opportunity and YOU, as a leader can be found online and be an authority figure people will like to join in a new business.
You must learn how to position yourself as a leader, grow your skills and your knowledge of the industry and of how to market properly.
I have personally be learning SO MUCH through a system called My Lead System Pro. Not only they have the system to generate leads, but they have a fantastic training system.
It includes daily wake up call with industry leaders on leadership, self improvement and vision. It includes weekly webinar training on marketing strategies. It includes weekly prospecting role playing calls that are fantastic to learn how to connect with people on the phone.
You must plug yourself in a system and learn from the best to succeed. Click on the banner below and discover how this system helped me grow and how it can help you generate leads and teach you how to sponsor more distributors to grow a very large Network Marketing business.

Perig – how much money have you spent since joining? when did you join? how many people are now in your downline? how much money are you making monthly today? if you’re losing money, and could get it all back as a full refund, would you do that, take the money, and drop out of TTN? look forward to your reply. you can email me if you don’t want to post publicly. thanks.
Hey “doctor”,
I am actually not a member of The Trump Network. I just reviewed the company and the products.
Great stuff right to the point. Good information. Thanks
Hey Rich, I am glad you got some good stuff out of the article!
Great post, Perig! Glad you shared this
Hi Greg, ncie to have you stop by here.
Hey Perig…I’m surprised I haven’t heard much recently about TTN. Is anything happening lately? Up until recently The Donald’s focus was on running for Prez. I signed up with TTN in summer of 2009 when there was lots of buzz, but it seemed to fizzle. I’m starting to have good results with a supplement called Protandim. Seems to be a legitimate breakthrough & what a video they have. I’m curious…..Is there much growth with TTN? Anything new coming? Conventions? davepike@windstream.net
Super genial Perig, le training avec Adam Chandler, Rob Fore…etait tres bien, a ta reussite. A plus Aurore
Salut Aurore! Content de parler un peu francais
Merci pour le message! COmmetn vas-tu?
The compensation plan changed drastically a few weeks ago, so your review is now out of date. The $100+ ‘FastStart’ bonus has been removed, so it is impossible for new entrants to make any money quickly. As a result, people are leaving in droves, including high level marketers with thousands in their downlines. People who join this kind of thing usually need to see some return quickly, they cannot work ‘for free’ for a couple of years in the hope it will eventually make money. Meanwhile the very high ‘autoship’ purchases must be maintained every month. Trump is raking it in but giving nothing back. A very cynical operation with its folksy declarations about giving everyone an opportunity to make money. What really happens is that marketers now sign up new prospects at $99, for which they receive no commission. If the prospect converts to a higher level in 30 days, the marketer makes a small commission of about $25 only. So, much more work than before, in order to make a fraction of the previous commission.
I believe you should update your review as it is now misleading and factually incorrect, unfortunately.
