Many ask if the Numis Network Compensation Plan really works…
It is a good question! Because if you put your heart in a company but the company do not reward you the way it should, then I do not call that fair…
Many are doubtful that the Numis compensation plan is that clear and they think that it might not be as good as what it seems. Many say that it is just the usual… it is very popular today and tomorrow it is gone…
If you are not familiar with the company, check out my complete Numis Network Review. Basically it is about buying and selling collectible coins as well as teaching others to do the same and making profits through a typical network marketing structure. You can be paid by selling the graded gold and silver numismatic coins and through the sales of the collectors kits.
Like other networking plans, the numbers showed in the presentations of the network marketing opportunity are achievable qualifications, multiple ways to earn, robust compensation and bonuses. It is not very straightforward though.
How Can You Get Paid In The Numis Network?
There are many ways to get paid. The first is by commissions from retail sales and the other is through bonuses like fast track collector and binary cycle, enroller matching, coded matching, leadership bonus and a few others.
It is a little bit difficult to explain it here with words. But an example of the compensation plan is this: you earn $100 if you are able to find a customer or business builder and you sell a fast track collectors kit. Looks easy enough. But is it?
With the Numis Network Compensation Plan, knowing you can find 2 types of “customers” will surely help you grow your sales figures:
- Let us focus first on the retail customers. Retail customers are those who simply buy the numismatic coins. They are just the buyers. Simple as that.
- The Preferred customers are those who buy the fast track collectors kit. They get the item with reduced prices and discounts through the network marketing structure.
The aim of the Numis Network reps is to become an executive level. They can qualify to be one if they are able to complete five sales of the associate fast track starter kit and by purchasing the executive success system themselves. It might be hard to do through finding customers only. Finding business partners might be a best choice.
Overall, the marketing opportunity of the Numis Network seems to be pretty good even though it is complicated to understand and complicated to explain. My rule of thumb is that if you can’t explain the compensation plan in less than 1 minute, it is too complicated and you will have a hard time explaining it. But, hey, that’s just my humble opinion…
In any case, your own efforts are what is essential. If you want to become a Numis Network rep, what YOU do is what matters.
YOU Are The Business, Not The Numis Network
The marketing strategies that you learn, the knowledge that you can share with others is what will draw customers, sales and most importantly new strong business partners to you! The way you position yourself and how you showcase the products and business opportunity will determine the success and everything on the compensation plan will just follow (check out how David Wood position himself!).
One of the best marketing strategies that you can learn and use is using technology that we now have at our fingertips. The Internet is accessed by millions of people everyday looking for a business or looking for help on how to build their own business.
By using the right system and the right strategies, you can connect with new prospects and get people to present your opportunity to everyday, all day…
I am not involved with the Numis Network but that is what I do with my own business. I use a simple system, a smart marketing funnel and marketing methods to find people to talk to every day! Ad so do David Wood!
