There was a big buzz earlier this year about this company after a successful social media campaign. But is it only hype or is there a real business opportunity behind it? The goal of this Efusjon review is to bring you all the elements to decide if Efusjon is the business opportunity for you.

1. Efusjon MLM Company

According to its website (www.efusjon.com), the Efusjon executive team, including Robert Towles (President/CEO and Co-Founder), R. S. Edwards, Keith Dillon, Aaron Callahan and Kathy Humpherys, combine more than 75 years of experience. According to an October 2009 press release, Efusjon started with 2500 members in 2008 and grew to about 59,000 distributors this year.

2. Efusjon Products

Efusjon says to be the first healthy energy drink on the market. The company currently market 4 products:

  • Raw
  • Edge
  • Dawn
  • Breeze

Those four drinks are all targeting the “energy drink” market by providing a safe alternative to the common names Redbull and Monster Drink. All of the products are based on the antioxidant of the properties of fruits such as the acai berry, or the mangosteen rich in xanthones and phytochemicals such as the quercetin found in apples. On the downside, three of the four products contain a significant amount of caffeine.

3. Efusjon Compensation Plan

At the Efusjon Energy Club, they “believe in healthy bodies and a healthy income” so they build the company around what they call a “community overlap” compensation plan which is claimed to help you get paid not only by your team but also by people who are in the community matrix next to you. There are 6 ways to earn money in the Efusjon compensation plan :

  • Retail sale
  • Associate product volume bonus (which is a bonus for newly sponsored distributor)
  • Coach bonus
  • 4.5% sales volume bonus (the residual income), down to 15 levels and up to 50% of the volume
  • The community overlap
  • 3% bonus pool for Efusjon Executives

To start enjoying the compensation plan, you must enroll as an Efusjon Associate for $30 and place a first order of $120 (four 12-pack of any of the products).

4. Efusjon Sponsor

After you have decided to get started in your Efusjon business, you will have to work with you sponsor to make it work. If you are not enrolled in the business yet, be sure that you ask some very important questions to your future sponsor. This is critical because there are still many people in network marketing trying to build their business using “traditional” methods such as talking to your friends, family members and coworkers. Using these methods will make it very tough to find the 3 people you need to become and Efusjon Executive.

This type of marketing is actually very common in the network marketing industry and it has led to very high attrition rate (people stopping the business), very slow growth and high business expenses before seeing any actual significant residual income.

So overall, Efusjon is a good opportunity and they have an interesting and rewarding compensation plan.
